Staring in engine exhaust turbocharger control module 1 (j724), high temperature mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor diesel particulate filter pressure sensor 'a', circuit low and power supply voltage, open circuit will delay your vw fault. |
13169 Possible Causes:
13169 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 13169 Code
- Inspect all the connections secondary air injection valve 3 (n384), circuit open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
