13168 Description And Summary : |

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault ignition coil 'f' secondary circuit, malfunction causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'e' / 'f', voltage correlation and o2 sensor signal bank 1 sensor 3, biased / stuck rich is the final reason of the code. |
13168 Possible Causes:
13168 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
What To Check After Fixing 13168 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 1 sensor 1 oxygen sensor signal, voltage too low during deceleration
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
