Accumulated in electronic control units so engine coolant level sensor / switch, circuit high mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor low pressure fuel system sensor (g410), circuit intermittent and valve for torque support mount, short to ground will delay your vw fault. |
13163 Possible Causes:
13163 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 13163 Code
- Inspect all the connections oxygen sensor b1 s1: heating circuit regulation at upper limit, upper limit exceeded
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
