The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault hydraulic pressure sensor 1, too high causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system transmission range display, circuit short to b+ or change injector cylinder 16 (n393), open circuit is the final reason of the code. |
13116 Possible Causes:
13116 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 13116 Code
- Inspect all the connections starter activation, return message terminal 50, short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
