13109 Description And Summary :

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault bank 2, cam shaft position sensor, discharge opening (g301), short-circuit to mass to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so bank 2, system too rich off idle also throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'e' / 'f', voltage correlation is the final reason of the code.

13109 Possible Causes:

13109 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

  • Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
  • Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
  • Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)

What To Check After Fixing 13109 Code

  • Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 4 oxygen sensor correction behind catalyst, lean control limit exceeded
  • Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
  • Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
