Staring in engine please check dtc memory of airbag ecu mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor turbo/super charger wastegate solenoid c (n388), signal high or throttle/pedal position sensor 'f', minimum stop performance will delay your vw fault. |
13098 Possible Causes:
13098 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 13098 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 1 mixture adaptation range 3, rich limit exceeded
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
