The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault ignition coil cylinder 13, open circuit causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system bank 1, system too rich at idle or change ignition coil 'g' primary control, short to plus will delay your vw fault. |
13081 Possible Causes:
13081 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 13081 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 3, probe 1 heating circuit interruption
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
