13079 Description And Summary :

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault cam shaft position sensor (g40), no signal run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed exhaust bank 2 sensor 1 oxygen sensor signal, voltage too low during deceleration or pressure control solenoid 3 (n217), short to b+ will delay your vw fault.

13079 Possible Causes:

  • Inspect all the connections oxygen (lambda) sensor b2 s1, pump current, short to b+
  • Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
  • Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
