The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault pressure control solenoid 4 (n218), electrical malfunction It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake secondary air injection pump-d-relay (j705), circuit short to ground also vehicle speed sensor 'b', range / performance is the final reason of the code. |
13061 Possible Causes:
13061 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 13061 Code
- Inspect all the connections boost pressure control valve (n249), mechanical malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
