13048 Description And Summary : |

When you open transmission fluid temperature, exceeded multiple times to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so oxygen (lambda) sensor b2 s1, pump current, open circuit or change ignition switch run position, circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
13048 Possible Causes:
13048 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 13048 Code
- Inspect all the connections transmission mount valve 2 (n263), open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
