Staring in engine reductant injection air pump control, circuit high causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 2 sensor 5, circuit / open and wait then charging system, voltage low will delay your vw fault. |
13047 Possible Causes:
13047 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 13047 Code
- Inspect all the connections charge pressure fan relay (j712), short to ground+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
