Staring in engine o2 sensor signal bank 1 sensor 1, biased / stuck rich retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start boost pressure control valve (n249), mechanical malfunction also hydraulic actuator position sender (g302), implausible signal is the final reason of the code.
