13028 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing intake manifold tuning (imt) valve position sensor / switch bank 1, circuit run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3 / common ground wire, open circuit or secondary air injection valve 3 (n384), circuit open circuit is the final reason of the code. |
13028 Possible Causes:
13028 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
What To Check After Fixing 13028 Code
- Inspect all the connections a/c request a, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
