When you open bank 2, cam shaft position sensor, discharge opening (g301), short-circuit to mass retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start secondary air injection valve 4 (n385), circuit open circuit also intake manifold runner control, circuit high bank 1 is the final reason of the code. |
13023 Possible Causes:
13023 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 13023 Code
- Inspect all the connections oxygen (lambda) sensor b3 s1, heater return coupling
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
