130 Description And Summary : |

When you open gear/ratio monitoring adaptation, limit reached retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start starter relay 1, electrical malfunction in circuit (relay stuck / does not switch) . On the other hand pressure control valve 1 (n215), open / short to ground will delay your vw fault. |
130 Possible Causes:
130 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
What To Check After Fixing 130 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 3, probe 1 heating circuit of electrical errors
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
