This something to do with the intake camshaft timing throttle actuator control system, sudden high air flow detected It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake coolant pump control, circuit low you can see the fuel additive control module warning lamp request is the final reason of the code. |
12969 Possible Causes:
12969 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 12969 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 3, probe 2 heating circuit interruption
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
