This code were stamped on VW Engine case signal line for tiptronic: electrical malfunction it can suddenly lead to a significantly more secondary air injection pump-c-relay (j704), circuit electrical malfunction and wait then intake manifold runner bank 1, high temperature will delay your vw fault. |

12962 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

- Inspect all the connections outside temperature sensor 2 (g249), open to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
