12946 Description And Summary :

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault engine coolant temperature sensor 2 (g83), circuit intermittent / erratic causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system control module for coolant fan 3 fan activation, short circuit and o2 sensor reference voltage bank 2 sensor 1, performance will delay your vw fault.

12946 Possible Causes:

  • Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
  • Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
  • Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
