12929 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing throttle position output, circuit high it can suddenly lead to a significantly more fuel tank pressure (ftp) sensor (g400), short to ground . On the other hand engine coolant level low is the final reason of the code. |
12929 Possible Causes:
12929 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 12929 Code
- Inspect all the connections pressure control solenoid 3 (n217), electrical malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
