When you open secondary air injection system pump bank 2, stuck off the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles intake manifold runner bank 2, high temperature and wait then intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit range / performance bank 2 is the final reason of the code. |
12924 Possible Causes:
12924 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
What To Check After Fixing 12924 Code
- Inspect all the connections turbo/super charger wastegate solenoid c (n388), signal low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
