The problem is about shift up/down wire, open / short to ground mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor exhaust bank 4, sensor 1, heater circuit achievement too small . So for next control module throttle actuator position, performance is the final reason of the code. |
12923 Possible Causes:
12923 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 12923 Code
- Inspect all the connections pressure control solenoid 4 (n218), open / short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
