129 Description And Summary : |

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault transmission range display, circuit open run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed throttle actuator control motor, circuit high also exhaust gas recirculation vent control, circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
129 Possible Causes:
129 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 129 Code
- Inspect all the connections nox sensor bank 2, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
