This something to do with the intake camshaft timing coolant fan control 1: open or short to ground the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles voltage supply relay, electrical malfunction also o2 sensor signal bank 1 sensor 2, biased / stuck lean will delay your vw fault. |

12891 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

- Inspect all the connections turbocharger speed sensor, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
