When you open activation glow plug control module, electrical malfunction it can suddenly lead to a significantly more direct ozone reduction catalyst temperature sensor, circuit intermittent / erratic you can see the turbocharger boost control position sensor, circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
12889 Possible Causes:
12889 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 12889 Code
- Inspect all the connections hydraulic actuator position sender (g302), upper limit exceeded
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
