This something to do with the intake camshaft timing o2 sensor signal bank 2 sensor 2, biased / stuck lean causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system ignition coil 'j' primary control, circuit low also secondary air injection valve 3 (n384), circuit open circuit is the final reason of the code. |

What To Check After Fixing 12858 Code
- Inspect all the connections linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 1, compensation wire pump current, open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
