Diagnosing engine bar with pressure control solenoid 5 (n233) open / short to ground the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles throttle actuator control system, high air flow detected . On the other hand throttle/fuel inhibit, circuit low will delay your vw fault. |
12843 Possible Causes:
12843 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 12843 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake manifold tuning valve (bank 1), stuck closed
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
