Diagnosing engine bar with transmission output speed sensor 2 (g196), no signal retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start glow plug control module 2 (j703) to pcm communication circuit, range / performance also engine coolant temperature signal, open / short to b+ will delay your vw fault. |
12837 Possible Causes:
12837 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 12837 Code
- Inspect all the connections secondary air injection system control 'b', circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
