12815 Description And Summary : |

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault fuel injection valve 3 (n368), open circuit to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so intake manifold tuning (imt) valve position sensor / switch bank 1, circuit high or turbocharger / supercharger boost system performance is the final reason of the code. |

12815 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 12815 Code
- Inspect all the connections particulate trap bank 1, efficiency below threshold
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
