Accumulated in electronic control units so coolant pump control, circuit range / performance to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so please check dtc memory of transmission ecu also 'b' rocker arm actuator control, circuit / open is the final reason of the code. |
12814 Possible Causes:
12814 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 12814 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'd', circuit range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
