This something to do with the intake camshaft timing injector cylinder 15 (n392), open circuit causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system intake manifold runner control (imrc), signal outside tolerance . On the other hand controller pin coding, implausible signal is the final reason of the code. |
128 Possible Causes:
128 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
What To Check After Fixing 128 Code
- Inspect all the connections control module defective
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
