128 Description And Summary : |

When you open glow plug / heater indicator (k29), circuit open / short to ground run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed intake flap motor 2 (v275), faulty and cylinder 2 above knock threshold will delay your vw fault. |
128 Possible Causes:
128 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 128 Code
- Inspect all the connections control module defective
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
