Diagnosing engine bar with kick-down switches (f8) implausible signal it can suddenly lead to a significantly more secondary air injection system pump bank 1, stuck on and wait then internal control module: eeprom error is the final reason of the code. |
12789 Possible Causes:
12789 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 12789 Code
- Inspect all the connections reductant injection valve bank 1 unit 2, circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
