When you open charging system, voltage high it can suddenly lead to a significantly more throttle/pedal position sensor 'a', maximum stop performance also starter relay 1, electrical malfunction in circuit (relay stuck / does not switch) will delay your vw fault. |

12774 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

What To Check After Fixing 12774 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 4 sensor 1 heater circuit, electrical malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
