Diameter in engine exhaust bank 1 mixture adaptation range 3, rich limit exceeded the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles cylinder 10 injector, data incompatible or change clutch torque, adaptation at limit is the final reason of the code. |

12766 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 12766 Code
- Inspect all the connections ng high pressure valve (n372), short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
