When you open control unit programming, programming not finished It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake camshaft position signal output, circuit / open also valve for exhaust flap 1 (n321), electrical malfunction is the final reason of the code. |
12761 Possible Causes:
12761 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 12761 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel pump, short circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
