12737 Description And Summary :

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault data bus powertrain, missing messages mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor cooling bypass valve 2, exhaust gas recirculation flow, electrical or change valve for exhaust cooling agent (n313), interruption / short-circuit after mass will delay your vw fault.

12737 Possible Causes:

12737 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

  • Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
  • Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
  • Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
  • Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
  • Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
  • Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
  • Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction

What To Check After Fixing 12737 Code

  • Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 4, sensor 2, electrical error in the electric circuit
  • Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
  • Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
