This something to do with the intake camshaft timing exhaust bank 3 sensor 1 oxygen sensor signal, voltage too low during deceleration it can suddenly lead to a significantly more engine coolant bypass valve, control circuit / open and wait then accelerator position sensor (g79), signal too high will delay your vw fault.
