This something to do with the intake camshaft timing reservoir for additive for particle filter, empty causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system reversing light, circuit short to b+ you can see the secondary air injection system air flow/pressure sensor bank 2, circuit low will delay your vw fault. |

12705 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault

What To Check After Fixing 12705 Code
- Inspect all the connections idle speed control throttle position 2, electrical malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
