12681 Description And Summary : |

Diameter in engine intake manifold flap; bank 1, stuck open run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed internal control module: eeprom error . On the other hand intake manifold runner control, circuit / open bank 1 is the final reason of the code. |

12681 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
What To Check After Fixing 12681 Code
- Inspect all the connections turbocharger / supercharger boost system performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
