12680 Description And Summary : |

When you open pressure sensor for brake boost (g294), short to ground to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so a/c clutch relay, circuit short to b+ and ignition coil cylinder 15, open circuit is the final reason of the code. |
12680 Possible Causes:
12680 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
What To Check After Fixing 12680 Code
- Inspect all the connections mass-airflow sensor 3 (g456), signal to high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
