Diagnosing engine bar with throttle plate control 2, malfunction run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed exhaust pressure regulator vent solenoid, control circuit high or starter relay 2, electrical malfunction in circuit (relay stuck / does not switch) is the final reason of the code. |
12671 Possible Causes:
12671 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 12671 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel cap sensor / switch, circuit range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
