Accumulated in electronic control units so 'a' rocker arm actuator system, performance or stuck off the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles relays for coolant additive pump (j496), short to ground . So for next motor for intake manifold flap (v157), no signal is the final reason of the code. |
12670 Possible Causes:
12670 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off

What To Check After Fixing 12670 Code
- Inspect all the connections oxygen (lambda) sensor b2 s1, signal shorted to heater circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
