When you open o2 sensor signals swapped, bank 1 sensor 3 - /bank 2 sensor 3 causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'd', circuit range / performance or change control module 2 for cooling fan, excess temperature will delay your vw fault. |

- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High

What To Check After Fixing 12669 Code
- Inspect all the connections mil control circuit, open / short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
