This something to do with the intake camshaft timing control module defective It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake pressure sensor for brake boost (g294), short to plus or change valve for exhaust flap 2 (n322), short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
12668 Possible Causes:
12668 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
What To Check After Fixing 12668 Code
- Inspect all the connections pressure control solenoid 4 (n218), electrical malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
