This something to do with the intake camshaft timing accelerator pedal position sensor 2 (g185), signal too high mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor supply voltage for fuel injector group b, open circuit also a camshaft position actuator control bank 2, circuit low is the final reason of the code. |

12659 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
What To Check After Fixing 12659 Code
- Inspect all the connections linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3 / pump current, short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
