The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault turbocharger boost control position sensor 'b', circuit low retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start relays for pump, fuel cooling (j445), interruption/short-circuit after mass and exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 1 sensor 1, circuit range / performance will delay your vw fault. |

What To Check After Fixing 12644 Code
- Inspect all the connections relay for exhaust cooling agent (n313), short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
