Diameter in engine control module throttle actuator position, performance causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system transmission output speed sensor 2 (g196), circuit rpm too high . So for next mil request signal active (check for tcm errors too!) is the final reason of the code. |

12643 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

What To Check After Fixing 12643 Code
- Inspect all the connections ng high pressure valve (n372), short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
