The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault water in fuel sensor, circuit high retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start vehicle speed sensor 'a' / 'b', correlation you can see the intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit low bank 2 is the final reason of the code. |
12639 Possible Causes:
12639 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 12639 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 1/2 lambda probes after kat exchanges
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
