Diagnosing engine bar with injector cylinder 15 (n392), circuit low to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so load signal from alternator terminal df, open or short to b+ also valve for torque support mount, open circuit is the final reason of the code. |

12621 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

What To Check After Fixing 12621 Code
- Inspect all the connections linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3 / reference voltage, short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
