Accumulated in electronic control units so secondary air injection system air flow/pressure sensor bank 1, circuit range / performance the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles internal control module: eeprom error or turbocharger / supercharger boost pressure not detected - mechanical is the final reason of the code. |

12614 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 12614 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel tank pressure (ftp) sensor (g400), short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
