The problem is about secondary air injection system air flow/pressure sensor bank 2, circuit high the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles starter relay 2, electrical malfunction in circuit (relay stuck / does not switch) also power supply, voltage low voltage is the final reason of the code. |

12613 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault

- Inspect all the connections supply voltage for fuel injector group b, short to ground
